A Rose Tinted World is a parenting, sewing and lifestyle blog written by me, Jo Boyne. All thoughts and opinions are mine, and not associated with any other company or individual.
However, I do have to state that I am not an expert on a lot of the topics that I discuss. But I am simply giving my views, sharing our experiences, and saying how I have overcome our own situations. I simply offer my own practical tips and advice.
If you have any specific medical concerns please consult your own GP or medical practitioner. In conclusion, do not rely on this blog as an alternative to seeking a professional opinion.

The Handling of Your Personal Data
Some articles on this site may state that they are collaborative or sponsored.
This means that I have worked alongside an individual or company to produce an article to use across my site and social media outlets. The company can then also promote this.
These articles may be providing a review for a product/item/service or one to simply provide information on the individuals or companies behalf.
It may be that I receive the product, service, game, admission etc. as a payment for the post – in which case I will always disclose as it being a AD-gifted sponsorship. If I have received money for an article this will also be disclosed. Views remain all my own and are no way influenced by the company or payment.
From 2019 it has been made mandatory for all blogs and social media shares to use the word ad or #ad if the brand we have worked with has paid for the article or had a say in how the information or content should be given. Or if the brand have had control over the content placed. Therefore, from now on my posts may be labelled in this way. This has not changed my work or content, it is just simply a new change enforced by the ASA in order to make sure that influencers are transparent in their work. I will continue to say whether or not a post is collaborative, an item if gifted etc. and I will always link to this page for further information.
I do occasionally allow guest posts on my blog. I choose posts that fit with my own content and which I think will be of interest to my readers. These opinions are that of the individual writer and which I am not responsible for. The posts will be clearly marked as being guest posts or be collectively found in a series.
I may include links and references to third-party sources on my site. Whilst I try to ensure that information is current and kept up to date, these links are maintained externally. I have no control over them. My link is not an endorsement of such sites and I am not responsible for their content.Affiliate Links

In other words, all of this means that I will benefit if you click on these ads and purchase an item. But you will not be charged any more than if you had just searched for the item yourself. Thank you if you do purchase through my clicks, as this supports the running of my blog.
Finally, on some occasions, other adverts may appear for which I will have received monetary payment. These will be clearly disclosed as such.
