My-Picture Review

Isn’t it true that we all prefer gifting presents that people will cherish? And what is more perfect than gifting someone a picture of their treasured memories? The website will let you do exactly that! You can transform your pictures of cherished moments into the perfect gift. Whether you are looking for wall decor, photo books, cushions, tote bags or even doormats, My-Picture have the ideal gifting solution!

Over the next few months, I have several big birthdays and celebrations happening. So, I was pleased to be offered the chance to find gifts for all my family from the My-Picture website. Here are reviews of my choices, and how I found the whole experience!

Using The My-Picture Website

I found uploading photos to the website to be so easy. And as the site shows you what each finished project will look like before it is printed, it gives you a chance to move, crop and reposition your chosen picture before it is printed.

My-Picture offer the lowest prices in the UK. And delivery is free if you order over £49 worth of products.

I ended up choosing 8 gifts from the site, and they were delivered in 2 separate parcels. The parcels arrived quickly and safely. Indeed, each parcel was well packaged to ensure safe delivery of my items.

So, what did I choose?

For My Mother-In-Law – A Canvas Collage

For my first gift I chose a canvas collage. The website was easy to navigate. All I needed to do was upload my chosen photos for the canvas and then manoeuvre them into place on the simulation of the canvas. Then, all I had to do was accept my chosen arrangement before it was added to my cart. I chose the 40x40cm canvas which cost just £18.

I am sure that she will be delighted with receiving this canvas for her upcoming birthday.

For My Fiancé – A Large Canvas And A Premium Cushion

As Father’s Day is fast approaching, I chose a couple of gifts for my other half. He loves canvas prints. So firstly, I chose this large 40x40cm canvas of him and our little girl. It’s a great size for above the mantle in our dining room and it cost £18.

Then, I also chose a premium cushion as I wanted to see and test the difference between the standard and premium types.

The premium cushion costs more, and comes with a super soft velvet feel fabric. You can get a choice of 3 sizes, whether you would prefer colour or B&W, plus the choice of a two-sided print or different coloured back.

I know this will look great in our living room. Yet I also know that my daughter will be stealing this to go into her bedroom! At £15 for the 30x30cm size, it comes complete with the cushion pad and is really lovely.

For My Aunt – A Framed Photograph

My Aunt does not go in for canvases or photo books, so I knew that this framed picture of Elizabeth would be more her style. With a classy black gloss frame and white mount, this 20x20cm print cost just £14.90, and I think she will love it.

For My Mum – A Small Canvas and Standard Cushion

My mum is 80 this year. And like most mums and grandmothers, she loves pictures of her children and grandchildren around her. So, I chose two items to gift her for her upcoming big birthday.

Firstly, I chose a small canvas of Elizabeth. This 20×20 canvas cost just £6 but it is a really good picture. Mum is going to love it.

And then secondly, I chose a standard cushion of the three of us. The standard 40x40cm cushion comes with cushion pad. The cover has a satin feel finish and is machine washable at 40degrees (a fact that most mums will also appreciate!). With the standard option, the photo does not go right to the edge of the cushion, instead you have a border around the edge. However you do still get the option of black & white, which I chose in this instance. At £10, I think this is great quality and value for the price.

For My Daughter – A Small Canvas

My little girl loves having pictures on her wall, and she also loves our two pet cats Joy and Leo. I thought it would be lovely to combine these two things and get her a small canvas of our cats for her wall. As soon as she saw this, it went straight over her bed. And at just £6 for this small 20×20 canvas, this gift won’t break the bank either.

For Myself – A Custom Printed Tote Bag

Lastly, I decided to get a little something for myself. And decided upon this gorgeous tote bag with my chosen photo on each size. This is one of my favourite photos of my two most treasured people. It’s made from a hard-wearing tear resistant fabric, and is a really handy 40x40cm size. I just know I am going to be carrying this around for many years to come! And at £14.90 I think it is a lovely gift idea.

Excellent Value For Money

What is more – these 8 items came to a total of just over £100, which I think you will agree is amazing value for money! All in all, I was very impressed with the items I received. I would certainly use the site again, and would also definitely recommend the website to friends and family.

I hope that you enjoyed this My-Picture review and that you love your personalised custom printed products as much as I do. Do tell me what you think in the comments.

Ooo I love personalised gifts like this! I’ve used a couple of services now for photo-upload cards, the odd canvas and mug, but not for a while now. I’d never come across My-Picture before so thank you for the fab review, I’ll check them out now! I’m quite surprised by the prices, they’re very competitive! £15 is what you could spend on a regular cushion with inner pad, let alone a custom print one. xx
