Father’s Day Gift Guide 2021
It can be very difficult to find a perfect gift for your Dad. My other half has everything, and I refuse to just buy things for the sake of it. I do like to spoil my other half on behalf of our little girl, but it gets more difficult every year.
Are you struggling to find that brilliant gift idea? Then read on, for some of these may be right up your street…
For The Green-fingered Dad
Does the man in your life love plants and gardening? Does he need a little bit more greenery in his life? Well you can bring a little bit of the outdoors in with one of these beautiful Bonsai Father’s Day Terrariums with mini gin gift from The Urban Botanist. (RRP £64.95 – £74.95 with lights)
The copper cube terrarium comes complete with layers of green moss surrounding the central bonsai. A mini wooden plaque carries the Father’s Day message, and a small bottle of Botanist gin completes this unique and striking gift. Add lights for an extra wow factor.
For The Outdoors or Camping Dad:
With the current travel situation still looking uncertain, chances are most of us are going to be spending our holidays here in the UK. Whether you are camping, glamping, caravanning or just going on a break in this country, it is always good to be prepared for everything life can throw at you.
You also may know that I love personalised gifts that are perfect for the recipient. And so this brilliant Personalised Penknife from Always Personal (RRP £9.95) is a brilliant gift idea for the outdoors man who has everything. Never again be stuck without a corkscrew or scissors, this pen knife has 11 different functions. It even has both types of screwdriver. And can be attached to a keyring to ensure it is never left behind.
The outdoors Dad also knows that he should never really stray far without a torch. This Personalised LED Torch, also from Always Personal (RRP £8.99) comes in multiple colours and can be engraved with that special man’s name. Small, light and very bright, they are the perfect pocket size. A brilliant idea for keeping in the car.
For The Pop Culture Loving Dad: Go To Very Neko
If you have a partner, dad or significant man in your life that loves all things Marvel, DC or Star Wars, then the place to go look for the perfect Father’s Day present is VeryNeko.co.uk
They have a huge selection of Disney, Anime, Marvel and Star Wars gift ideas. We were sent a couple of their items that are perfect for my Star Wars loving other half…
The Loungefly Stormtrooper Backpack RRP £39.99 is the perfect size for days out. It has a vibrant print to the sturdy nylon outer, and a cool striped inner. Pockets keep your other half organised, and it is slightly padded so it is perfect for his laptop too!
Alternatively, why not try this Star Wars Metal Drinks Bottle (RRP £19.99) that features a cool print of Hans Solo in carbonate to the front. Help your partner be a little bit more eco friendly. Give him a reusable drinks bottle to sip his water in style!
There is a whole load more incredible items to choose from on the Very Neko site. The chances are that you will find it hard to decide!
For The Father Who Loves The Finer Things In Life:
If your father loves fine wine and dining, then this next gift idea could be the perfect choice for you. Say It With Champers produce champagne bottles with personalised labels for any occasion. Whether it be a wedding, anniversary, birthday or any other occasion, they can send a bottle of their award winning champagne with a perfectly customised label to mark the event.
For our Father’s day guide, they sent me one of their special Father’s Day bottle designs, with a personalised message from Elizabeth to her Daddy. But personalised champagne is such a chic and unique gift idea for whatever celebration you may have coming up in the future!
For The Model Making Dad:
My OH is a keen model tank maker. For him it is a lovely nostalgic throw back to the times in his youth when he would make Airfix models. Maybe your other half also loved making models as a teenager? And would love to be reminded of these times too?
These days, Andrew much prefers the Tamiya brand of model kits. He feels they fit together much better. Plus they have a smaller number of pieces, so that they can be made quickly, giving much more satisfaction to the hobby model maker. His figures are mainly Alpine miniatures.
For The Puzzle Loving Dad:
Does your other half love solving puzzles? Missing escape rooms and needing something that little bit different to give as a gift? Then why not consider getting an at home escape room game?
This one from Epic Escapes features 3 different puzzle rooms. (RRP £99) Set them up in about an hour and then play as a team. Solve the riddles and get out of the room!

These are some fab ideas! As always when looking at gift posts like this, even for fathers, I seem to find something to buy myself I love the look of the penknife, that’d be very handy! And it’s great you can customise it, like the torch. Great suggestions for all tastes. I can’t believe how quickly time’s going. I bought a card a while back thinking I’d be organised early this year in case everything gets messed up at the last minute with my health, but I’ve not got around to thinking about presents yet for my insanely hard to buy for papa xx
Lovely round-up of gift ideas. I like the personalised torch, perfect for the dark country lanes around here. x #MMBC
